At GS Vintage Apparel, we strive to deliver premium traditional outfits, Agbada sets, and tailored garments that embody African luxury and exceptional craftsmanship. Whether you are ordering a handcrafted suit across the globe or purchasing ready-to-wear pieces, we ensure your experience is seamless from dispatch to fit.

1. Global Shipping Policy

Bespoke Production Timeline

Every custom garment is individually handcrafted to order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for fabric sourcing, precision cutting, and hand-tailoring before dispatch.

  • Global Express Carriers: We ship worldwide using tracked, fully insured couriers (DHL Express, FedEx, UPS).
  • Transit Times: Once dispatched, international delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your destination country.
  • Tracking Details: A tracking link and waybill number will be sent directly to your registered email address as soon as your parcel leaves our atelier.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, or clearance fees may be applied by your destination country’s customs authority. These charges remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.

2. Returns & Fit Guarantee

Bespoke Nature of Garments

Every custom item at GS Vintage Apparel is made-to-order based on individual measurements and specifications. Because these garments are uniquely created for you, we do not accept returns or issue cash refunds for bespoke or tailored garments.

Complimentary Alterations Credit ($20.00)

We want your suit to fit impeccably. If your garment requires minor fit adjustments upon arrival, we provide up to $20.00 USD (or local currency equivalent) in alteration reimbursements.

How it works: Visit a local tailor within 14 days of delivery, send a receipt photo to care@gsvintageapparel.com, and our support team will issue your reimbursement.
Remake Guarantee

In the rare event that a garment is unalterable due to a production error on our part, we will remake the item free of charge. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the measurement discrepancy.

Ready-to-Wear Accessories

Off-the-rack accessories are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Order Cancellations

Once fabric cutting and tailoring begin (typically 24 hours following order placement), custom suit orders cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded.
